Shri Raghavendra Glass Works needed a way to track glass and mirror stock without registers or spreadsheets. We built a simple app that works on any phone and installs like a regular app. It is designed so that anyone on the team can use it with no training. Staff enter only what they take out: the product, the thickness in mm, and the number of sheets, with half-sheet support. The admin adds incoming stock, sees live stock for every thickness, checks the full history, and manages staff logins from one place. The problem Stock was tracked by hand, so it was hard to know what was left. Staff needed something faster than writing in a notebook. The owner had no clear record of who took what and when. What we built Glass and Mirror sections with separate stock, switched with a simple capsule toggle. A one-screen entry for staff: mm, number of sheets, one tap. A "+ ½ sheet" button handles half sheets. Staff can only record stock going out. Only the admin can add stock. Live stock per thickness, with negative stock shown in red. Admin history with filters by user, product, thickness and date, plus CSV download. Staff accounts managed by the admin. A short undo window for staff to fix their own mistakes. Installs on the phone's home screen, and shows the shop's logo.
What we built
