Glaziox is business software built for glass and mirror shops, glass fabricators and glazing contractors in India. It brings the whole shop onto one phone: taking the order, planning the cutting, keeping stock, handing work to the cutters, billing the customer and keeping the contractor's khata.Owners type in the sizes. Glaziox works out how many sheets are needed and how to cut them, allowing for the blade cut and edge trim, and shows a cutting layout the cutter can follow. What is left over is saved to a rack automatically (big pieces to one rack, small to another) and is used first on the next order, so less new glass is bought.Each order moves through the departments you choose, such as Cutting and Etching. Cutters get a ringing bell and a phone alert when a new order arrives. The bell keeps ringing until the order is accepted, or they can silence it and accept later. The owner sees who is working on what.Bills are clean. The customer sees the sizes and the total, not your calculations. Choose a GST tax invoice or a simple estimate, add etching, transport or any other charge straight into the amount, and send it on WhatsApp as a link or PDF. Contractor orders have no bill: enter the rate, the total fills itself, note what was paid now, and the balance goes to the contractor's khata.There is a stock register, staff logins with the right access for each person, a daily 9 PM summary for the owner, and a read-only link for your auditor's GST filing. How it works

Who is Glaziox for?

Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Register with your WhatsApp number and use every feature for 7 days. You pay only if you decide to continue.
What does it cost?
Rs 1,000 a month or Rs 10,000 a year (2 months free). Prices include GST. Both plans have every feature, including GST invoicing.
Will I get a GST invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice on your GSTIN, so you can claim input tax credit.
Does it really help me use less glass?
It plans each cut to waste less and reuses saved leftover pieces first. How much you save depends on your orders and sizes, so we show you your own shop's savings inside the app instead of promising a number.
Can my cutters and counter staff use it?
Yes. Add up to 20 staff logins. Each person sees only what their role needs. Cutters get a ringing bell for new orders.
How does the new-order bell work?
It rings on the cutter's phone until they accept the order. They can silence it and accept later, or turn it off. It rings while the app is open; when the phone is locked, they get a normal phone notification.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Open it in Chrome, or install it to the Home Screen like an app. It is light on data.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi and Kannada.
Can contractors have a khata?
Yes. Contractor orders skip billing and GST. The total, the amount paid now and the balance go to his khata, and you can share his statement.
Can I send bills on WhatsApp?
Yes, as a link or PDF. You can show only sizes and the total, or the price against each size.
Is my data safe?
What about privacy law? Each shop's data is kept separate, passwords are stored securely, and you can download or delete your data any time. Our terms and privacy notice are written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You can also delete your account and your data.
